I am
only seventeen once in my life.
No regrets. Only lessons to be learned, and great memories to remember.
I look back to my parents, my aunts, my uncles, my grandparents...
they were all my age at one point in time.
& Boy, did they live.
No one wants a boring adolescence, anyway.
What good stories would there be to tell?
It's not just what "fun" escapades you did all alone... it's more about the adventures you did with someone you love: whether that be a good friend, a relative, or a lover.
Thankfully, i'm fortunate enough to have those adventures with all of the above.
Even if I don't think that my friendships are all too stable anymore.
Which kind of scares me.
As long as you have a couple to be there when needed -- you're set.
So nothing is ever as scary as it really seems, anyway.
A good moderation between independence & dependence.
Be who you are.
Know who will be there for you.
I know who I am.
Do you?

Thats cool, im glad your enjoying your time off. You work so god damn hard, you deserve it! And a boyfriend, eh? He better be treatin you right. Ill travel all the way across this damn continent to kick his ass if he isnt ;)
Things over here arent too bad. I've been working alot, which is good. Keeps me busy. As you can tell, i've had kind of a shittier month than usual, but oh well shit happens. haha. Im learnin to deal with it. I dont want to, but I am. :)
Well im glad to hear your doing good, Ill be checkin up on you and your very interesting writings :) You never seem to loose my attention.
